During my stay, the spacious room exuded a cozy charm that mirrored the city's allure. The spa services, particularly the massage, were a highlight, melting away any lingering tension and restoring a sense of calm.Despite the minor inconvenience of the hot water taking a while, the overall experience was rejuvenating. The internet being a complimentary amenity was a pleasant surprise, allowing me to stay connected without any extra hassle. The option for airport transfer services added a layer of convenience to my stay, further enhancing the relaxation factor.Javier and Manuel's warm hospitality and insightful recommendations truly enriched my time in Guanajuato. The ambient bathroom and comfortable room layout were additional pluses in this tranquil retreat.
